House rules
Dear guest, we want you to feel at home in our vacation apartment. It should be a place of relaxation and recreation for you. We have put a lot of effort into the furnishings and hope you will find everything you need. The following house rules are intended to help you enjoy a pleasant stay. At the same time, we ask for your understanding of a few rules that will help ensure that future guests also find the apartment in a well-maintained condition.
General
If you find anything missing from the facilities or need assistance, please feel free to contact us. All items in the apartment may be used. However, please handle the inventory with care and treat the apartment with respect. Please also ensure that your fellow travelers adhere to the rental conditions.
Kitchen
- Please treat the kitchen equipment and technical devices carefully.
- Only put dishes, pots and cutlery in the cupboards when they are clean and dry.
- Please only place hot pots and objects on tables or worktops using trivets.
- Only cut food on cutting boards, not directly on the work surface.
- Please leave the interior of the oven and microwave clean.
Damage
No one intentionally damages things, but if something does break, please notify us immediately so we can repair it quickly. The renter is liable for damages up to the replacement cost.
Ventilate
To prevent mold growth, please ventilate the rooms at least once a day for 5-10 minutes, especially after showering.
Duty of care
- Please keep the entrance door closed at all times.
- Windows must be closed when leaving the apartment to avoid damage from storms or burglary.
- Use water and electricity sparingly.
Disposal
- Waste is separated into residual waste, glass, paper, and packaging with the Green Dot. Appropriate containers are available.
- Please use garbage bags for garbage and cosmetic bins and dispose of them in the residual waste bin.
- Do not throw garbage, food scraps, or harmful liquids down the sink, toilet, basin, or shower! Do not flush sanitary products down the toilet!
cleaning
- If you have an accident (e.g. spilled liquids or heavy dirt), we ask you to clean it up immediately.
- Please leave the apartment clean upon departure and put used dishes away in the cupboards.
Rest periods
- Please observe the usual quiet times: lunchtime, nighttime and Sunday rest.
- We ask for your special consideration between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.
Internet
- Wi-Fi is available free of charge; the password is located behind the room's entrance door.
- Use is at your own risk; the landlord assumes no liability.
Smoke
- Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building. Please use the outdoor area for smoking.
Pets
- Bringing pets is not allowed.
Parking
- There is parking directly in front of the apartment; additional parking spaces are located in the immediate vicinity.
- The lessor is not liable for parked vehicles or their contents unless there is intent or gross negligence.
House rules
- In the case of urgent repairs, it may be necessary for the landlord to enter the apartment even in the absence of the guest.
Liability
- The landlord is not liable for guests’ valuables.
Arrival and departure
- Arrival is possible from 2:00 p.m.
- On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the apartment by 10:00 a.m. at the latest.
- Please leave the holiday apartment in the same tidy condition as you found it.
By booking the holiday apartment, the house rules are deemed to be accepted.
