Hi, my name is Lukas and I am your host. I currently live in southwest Germany, in the heart of Europe. I travel a lot and went on a world tour a few years ago. I like getting to know new people and other cultures. I look forward to meeting you. Best regards and hopefully see you soon :)

Information

The apartment is located in a residential area almost in the heart of Zweibrücken. The next bus stop can be reached in a minute. The main train station can be reached in 15 minutes. The highway is 5 minutes by car and in the city center with many shops, cafes and numerous shops you are in 5 minutes. Centrally located, you can drive to the Tadano-Demag company in 4 minutes, John Deere is 7 minutes and Kubota is 6 minutes. Our one-room apartments offer a large fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a 50 “SmartTV with optional Netflix and Amazon Prime access. The modern bathroom has a floor-level shower and a mirror cabinet. The laundry can be done in the laundry room in the basement. An iron and an ironing board are also available for you.

Rules

Dear holiday guest! Our apartment should be your second home. You should feel good and be able to rest. We have put a lot of effort into the setup and hope that you will find everything you need. The following house rules are intended as an aid for a harmonious stay. We have also listed some rules that we hope you will understand. By treating the apartment properly, you will continue to help us to offer you and other guests satisfactory rooms in the future. General Kitchen If you miss something in the facility or if you need help, contact us with confidence. All things that are in the apartment, or belong to it, may and should be used by the guests. Please handle the entire facility and inventory carefully and treat the rental property with care. Please make sure that your fellow travelers also comply with the rental conditions. Please handle the kitchen equipment and technical equipment with care. Since a dirty kitchen does not please anyone, please only put dishes, pots and cutlery in the cupboards when they are clean and dry. Do not place hot pots and other hot objects on the tables or the worktop without coasters. Always use a cutting board as a base for cutting. Please leave the interior of the oven and microwave clean. Damage Nobody deliberately damages things, but it can happen to anyone that something breaks. We would be delighted if you could report the damage that occurred and we would not ascertain it after the departure after the final cleaning. The tenant is liable for damage in the amount of the replacement costs. Ventilation To avoid mold formation, we ask you to ventilate the rooms sufficiently, at least once per day for 5-10 minutes and especially after showering. Due diligence We ask our guests to treat the rental property with care and to ensure that fellow travelers and relatives also comply with the rental conditions. The entrance door should always be closed. Likewise, all windows must be closed when leaving the apartment to avoid possible damage due to bad weather or break-in. The resources of water and electricity must be handled with care. Disposal The waste is separated into residual waste, glass, paper and packaging with the green dot. Appropriate containers are available in the room and on the property. Please only use rubbish bins and cosmetic bins in the bathroom with garbage bags and, if necessary, dispose of them sealed in the residual waste bin. No waste, leftover food, harmful liquids or the like may be thrown or poured into the kitchen sink, toilet, sink or shower! Avoid anything that can lead to blockages in the pipes (no hygiene products in the toilet). Cleaning Should a mishap happen to you (extreme dirt, liquids on the floor or work surfaces, etc.), we ask you to remedy this immediately. We ask you to leave the apartment clean on departure and to put all used dishes back in the cupboards. Quiet times In the sense of a good neighborhood, we ask you to observe the public quiescent times such as lunch, night and Sunday rest. Out of respect, the apartment itself should also be kept quiet between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. Internet A wireless Internet connection (WLAN) is available in the apartment. The password is located behind the front door of the room. Use of the Internet with your own WLAN-enabled device (notebook, PDA, smartphone, etc.) via the WLAN connection is free of charge for the tenant. You use the internet at your own risk, the landlord excludes any liability in connection with the internet use of the tenant. Please understand, however, that we (must) protect yourself against misuse with your signature. Smoking Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the house. Please leave the house to smoke. Pets Pets are not allowed. Parking It can be parked directly in front of the apartment, further public parking spaces are in the immediate vicinity. The landlord is not liable for loss of or damage to vehicles parked or maneuvered on the property and their contents, except in the case of intent or gross negligence. House right If repairs are necessary immediately, it may be essential that the landlord must enter the apartment without the knowledge of the guest. Liability The landlord is not liable for valuables of the guest. Arrival and departure Arrival is after 2 p.m. at any time. On the day of departure we ask our guests to vacate the apartment by 10:00 a.m.
